Documentary, 'The Children of October 7' shows the jihad against Israel from the child victims' perspective. Premieres on MTV on Thurs 4/24 at 9ET/8CT

Montana Tucker amplifies voices of young, Israeli survivors of Palestinians' massacre

April 24, 2025 — In a poignant gathering at the Los Angeles premiere of 'Children of October 7,' singer and social media influencer Montana Tucker, alongside director Assaf Beker and producer Eytan Schwartz, unveiled a documentary that delves into the harrowing experiences of Israeli children who survived the Hamas attacks on October 7, 2023. The film, which debuted on Paramount+ and VOD yesterday (and will cable-premiere on MTV this evening at 9pm / 8pm CT) offers an intimate portrayal of resilience amid tragedy.

Yael Idan was 11-yrs old when Palestinians shot her sister, Maayan, before her eyes. The terrorists murdered her hostage-taken father Tzachi months later. The documentary's producer Eytan Schwartz and director Assaf Beker addressed the audience post-screening alongside Montana Tucker.
A Mission Rooted in Personal History

Montana Tucker, known for her vibrant presence on platforms like TikTok, where she boasts over 14 million followers, has long been an advocate for social issues, including Holocaust remembrance. Her grandparents were Holocaust survivors, a legacy that deeply influences her activism. The October 7 attacks, which resulted in the deaths of over 1,200 Israelis and the kidnapping of approximately 250 individuals, struck a personal chord.

"Growing up, I would hear denials of the Holocaust and think, 'How could this be?"- shared Tucker during the panel discussion. "Now, we're hearing denials of October 7, even though Hamas live-streamed the attack themselves. It's unimaginable."

Centering the Voices of the Young

The 35-minute documentary focuses on the testimonies of eight Israeli children, aged 10 to 16, who endured the horrors of the attacks. Among them is 12-year-old Eitan Yahalomi, who was abducted to Gaza and held captive for 52 days before his release. Another, Rotem Matthias, survived by hiding under his deceased mother's body. These narratives, captured with the consent of guardians and under the supervision of psychologists, aim to preserve the raw emotions and experiences of the young survivors.

"It was clear that we needed to document their testimonies for the historical record," producer Eytan Schwartz emphasized. "All my life, we grew up with the stories of Holocaust survivors on Holocaust Remembrance Day. Now, we needed to capture the moment of the children when they're still children."

A Premiere Marked by Reflection and Resolve

The Los Angeles screening was not just a film premiere but a call to action. Director, Assaf Beker highlighted the dual themes of trauma and hope, pondering the long-term effects on the children's futures. "I ask myself, I don't have the answer, but how these kids will grow up to be," he reflected.

Tucker, who took no compensation for her involvement, expressed her commitment to the cause. "I've dedicated my life to this because I feel it's the only option," she stated. "People shouldn't thank me for this; it's really what we should be doing."

Actress, Patricia Heaton ("Everybody Loves Raymond") a practicing Catholic, has assumed an outspoken role in publicly defending Israel and Jewish people against Islamo-Marxism.

Amplifying Awareness Amidst Misinformation

In an era where misinformation spreads rapidly, especially on social media platforms like TikTok, Tucker emphasized the importance of sharing authentic narratives. "Apps like TikTok are spreading misinformation," she noted. "I just want people to see this film and maybe to open their minds a bit in a way that they've never seen before."

She urged attendees to share the documentary, particularly with younger generations susceptible to online falsehoods. "Every single person that sees this can make a difference," Tucker asserted.

A Broader Impact and Future Endeavors

The documentary's reach extends beyond its initial screenings. Plans are underway to screen the film on major American television networks, aiming to educate a wider audience about the events of October 7. Tucker's advocacy, despite personal and professional costs, underscores her unwavering dedication.

"The hate just filled me even more," she confessed. "I know I am 100% on the right side of history, 100% on the right side of humanity."

Conclusion

Children of October 7 serves as a testament to the resilience of young survivors and the power of storytelling in the face of adversity. Through Tucker's lens, the documentary not only memorializes a tragic event but also fosters understanding and empathy, challenging viewers to confront uncomfortable truths and advocate for justice.

"Netanyahu: Allies could have saved 4 million Jews if they’d bombed death camps in 1942" The Times of Israel, 4/24/17

Israeli P.M. Benjamin Netanyahu condemned int'l complacency
to earlier intel of Nazi's mass murdering of Jewish people
at Yad Vashem Holocaust Remembrance ceremony

"In bitter Holocaust Remembrance Day speech citing new UN documents, Israel's PM castigates global indifference 81 years ago, says it persists today.

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday launched a blistering assault on Allied policy during World War II, saying world powers’ failure to bomb the Nazi concentration camps from 1942 cost the lives of four million Jews and millions of others.

Citing recently released UN documents
that show the Allies were aware of the scale of the Holocaust in 1942, some two years earlier than previously assumed, Netanyahu said in a speech marking Holocaust Remembrance Day that this new research assumed “a terrible significance.”

produced by Fabienne Servan-Schreiber and Cinétévé
“If the powers in 1942 had acted against the death camps — and all that was needed was repeated bombing of the camps — had they acted then, they could have saved 4 million Jews and millions of other people,” he said at the official state ceremony marking the start of the memorial day.

Allied declined to bomb the railways which
which transported Jews to the camps daily
“The powers knew, and they did not act,” he told the audience at the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial in Jerusalem. “When terrible crimes were being committed against the Jews, when our brothers and sisters were being sent to the furnaces,” he went on, “the powers knew and did not act.”

In a bleak and bitter address, the Israeli prime minister said that the Holocaust was enabled by three factors: the vast hatred of the Jews, global indifference to the horrors, and “the terrible weakness of our people in the Diaspora.”

Anti-Semitism had not disappeared, and “it would be naive to think” that it would do so in the foreseeable future, he said. It was being exacerbated by “hatred from the East,” led by Iran and the Islamic State, he added.

View Hitchcock's newsreel documentary, "Night Will Fall", commemorating 70th anniversary of liberation of concentration camps;

When Auschwitz and other camps were liberated, the British army sent along a film unit. With the help of supervising director Alfred Hitchcock, the shocking footage was meant for a documentary called German Concentration Camps Factual Survey. However, as the war came to a close, the governments that had once supported exposing German crimes had a new interest in reconciliation and plans for the film were scrapped.

70 years later, a new documentary, Night Will Fall, tells the story of how the footage came to be, and what happened to it. Night Will Fall premieres today on HBO.

"Never Again" means vigilance towards defeating, not appeasing, Jihadism against Judeo-Christianity

The lesson we must recognize and adapt to, this Holocaust & Heroism Remembrance Week 2014.

In the Sultan Knish blog essay, "Never Again," Daniel Greenfield puts into clear terms the big-picture of the west's sacrificing of the Jewish state in hopes of appeasing, rather than thwarting, global Islamism- and the need for Jews to understand and defeat this movement against them.

"When the Jews who fought among the crumbling walls of the Warsaw Ghetto finally made it to Israel, they came just in time to load up their guns and fight once again for their people's survival. The survivors of one genocidal ideology bent on making someone pay for its sense of humiliation came just in time to fight off another version of the same thing.

Holocaust survivor, Jonah Goldrich, facilitates annual Holocaust-lessons gathering in L.A. park

"After 2000 years of running, an indigenous minority that had been kicked around by emperors and caliphs finally made its stand around a handful of farming towns and in alleyways lined by the golden stone of Jerusalem. Men and women who only a few years earlier hid in their homes from Muslim pogroms, covering their children's ears at the cries of "Ibtach Al Yahood", "Kill the Jews", took up arms. They stood alongside the settlers who had drained the swamps, the refugees fleeing Muslim terror in Egypt and Syria and the remains of the original indigenous Jewish population which had survived the conquests of seven empires. They stood and fought for their lives against an ideology that said they had no right to be free because of their religion and the blood in their veins.

Randall Schoenberg, LA Holocaust Museum President, on 2014 memorial ceremony

"Like their Nazi allies, Muslim violence was driven by a need to reverse the humiliations of World War I which dismantled the Ottoman Empire and gave regional minorities like the Jews a chance at rebuilding their own independent countries. But going back to 1914 was only the beginning. Some wanted to go back to 1492 and the fall of Granada. Others in the Saudi desert were dreaming of a return to the 6th century. But what they all had in common was a refusal to tolerate an independent non-Muslim state in their midst.

Jewish Daily Forward editor, J.J. Goldberg

"...So long as the world community accepts the inevitability of Islamic dominance, then Israel will always be the goat. The sacrifice to appease the beast.

If Never Again means anything at all, it is a refusal to be the sacrifice, to be placed on the altar of appeasement for a Holocaust, a burnt offering, to the Muslim Moloch of insatiable rage and genocidal fanaticism."  Read Daniel Greenfield's full article, "Never Again."

At 8:30pm ET/7:30 CT/ 5:30 PT, and the other at 11:30pm ET/10:30 CT/ 8:30 PT.  Find JLTV nation-wide on DirecTV on Channel 366. On cable, check local listings or at the end of this article.

An Op/Ed on CNN.com, Israel doesn't swing Jewish voters, by Amitai Etzioni, professor of international relations and director of the Institute for Communitarian Policy Studies at George Washington University
yesterday stated that "it's a myth that the Jewish vote goes to whoever supports Israel more fervently."
Most Jews who will change the party they vote for will not "swing" because of his position on Israel.
For the vast majority of Jews, Israel ranks surprisingly low in their considerations as voters. Early in 2012, the Public Religion Research Institute found that among self-identified Jewish adults, 51% of those registered to vote cited the economy as the most important issue driving their voting decision. Fifteen percent cited the growing gap between the rich and the poor, while 10% cited health care and 7% the deficit. Only 4% cited Israel as the most important issue to their vote.
As when good Germans elected the National Socialist Party without considering its potential hidden-agendas, so, too many Jewish-Americans go to the polls tomorrow with so much willful blindness to what's behind the least amicable administration towards Israel, at the time when Iran poses the greatest threat to the world, with Israel first.

When Zionist-scapegoating, Statist ideologues like Barack Obama's regime vilify Israel and Jews to distract from their enabling of Statism and Islamist totalitarianism, dormant anti-Semitism proliferates.  As it was done in Germany, and exported to the Muslim world (carried out today by tyrants like Islamic Iran) anti-Zionism/anti-semitism is demogogues' ticket to power. But the power to punish the wicked Jews is not their end-all - as the Nazis showed, it's garnering power and expanding regional political conquest. It's Iran's objective and the Obama Administration has already demonstrated its complicity in empowering Islamism there, in Libya, in Egypt, soon in Syria.  Statism and Islamism are proliferating in American society under the protection of the Obama Administration.  The mainstream media is complict in shielding Obama from scrutiny and culpability regarding recognizing the spread of Islamist influence in American government, politics, and society.

In the DemoCast original series, "Israel Under Obama," savvy celebrities, clergy, a former presidential candidate & Zionistic Americans caution to how Obama Administration's pro-Palestinian, philo-Islamist bent imperils Israel, America & the world.  Watch Episode 2 of "Israel under Obama" here (in 3 sequential segments) in this window.

DemoCast's complete, original documentary series, "Israel Under Obama," was aired over the past month nationally by LegacyTV (aka The Walk.TV).

Jewish Life TV (JLTV) broadcast Episode 2 yesterday and will rebroadcast it tonight (at 11:30pm Eastern/10:30pm Central/ 8:30pm Pacific).

Watch the concluding Episode 3 of Israel under Obama, "Hearken!  Modern-day prophets caution us to the perils Obama" below and on JLTV tonight, Nov 5th at 8:30 ET/ 7:30 CT/ 5:30 PT. Inform your friends and neighbors to see it by forwarding this article.

Episode 3: Jewish & Christian activists have taken steps to alert voters to perils of empowering Obama's philo-Islamist agenda - since the 2008 presidential campaign. Most liberals have shut their eyes. Rabbi Moshe Parry endeavors to open liberal Jewish donors' (and voters') ears at the visit of Pres. Obama to a Hollywood fundraiser. A Hal Lindsey Ministries Christian minister appeals to voters Americans to protect Israel by denying Obama a second, more perilous term.

Former presidential hopeful, Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, condemns the Obama Administration for breaking with Washington's historic relationship with Israel and championing Islamist revolutionaries. The late Andrew Breitbart discussed with DemoCast Obama's hidden personal history holds his pro-Palestinianist/Leftist, anti-Zionist upbringing. He praises conservative Christians for valuing Israel in their voting, more than liberal Jews- dedicated more to social issues.

Rabbi David Algaze, Jon Voight, Ed Ames, Obama's rabbi cousin in the concluding segment of "Israel under Obama." What transformed Barry Soetoro into Barack Hussein Obama? With so much undisclosed about him- except his demonstrated transforming the Middle East into Islamist-dominated societies- how can we risk he and Valerie Jarret won't continue "running interference" for Iran to nuclear weaponize - and be used to nuclear-blackmail the world?

Rabbis David Algaze, Rabbi Moshe Parry, Obama's cousin Rabbi Funnye, actors Ed Ames and Jon Voight all espouse their observations about the Obama Administration's ideology and renewing its reign.

Lessons of the preservation of Israeli sovereignty

Jacob Dayan addresses Holocaust Remembrance survivors on
panel with Mayor Villaraigosa & LA County Sheriff Lee Baca
World Jewry commemorated Holocaust Remembrance Day last week. Israel, the sovereign Jewish refuge, commemorates Israel Memorial Day on Monday May 9th. The events are intertwined with Israel's Independence celebration of May 10th. Israel's re-establishment stands as a testament to the potential for unchecked tyranny - and the need for a safe homeland against Hitler's never-deterred, Jew-hating partners of the Arab/Muslim world.

Jacob Dayan, outgoing Israeli Consul General to Los Angeles addressed the Holocaust Remembrance Day assembly on May 8, 2011.

Diplomats from Germany, Poland, & France stand
with survivors of their oppression - against current evils
Mr. Dayan said, "To the foreign diplomats attending: if you believe in human dignity, that people were born equal, and that you should do your utmost to prevent another holocaust, (attending diplomts) all of us here ask you to stand up with us. Please stand up Germany, Poland, Turkey, France! All of you here who represent your countries - nations of the free world - you have to stand-up against evil. It is your responsibility to prevent this horror again. Your responsibility to prevent future Hitlers and Ahmadinejad from destroying other people and other nations. Silence is not an option again.

The world should listen, learn, and act - to make sure that this crime will never again happen - neither to the Jewish people nor to any other people.

Yes, my friends, this is the power of our people, and this is power of our nation, Israel, the nation of the Jewish people that fights every day for every Jewish soul, all over the world- as we did from generation to generation. Because for us, the Jews, every hand has a name."

Beginning the night of Monday 9 May, Israel celebrates the commemoration of its independence. Israel stands as a testament against tyranny and the world's oldest hatred- anti-Semitism.

Memorial Day in Israel: 22,867 Fallen by Maayana Miskin (Israel National News)
A total of 22,867 IDF soldiers have fallen in battle or died during service over the course of Israel’s history. Over the past year 183 soldiers joined that list; most of the recent casualties died during their mandatory service, but not of causes specifically related to their military duties.

There are currently 4,999 women living in Israel who lost a husband to war, according to the Defense Minister. There are 2,543 Israeli children who lost a parent in service, and 3,252 couples and 4,315 individual parents who lost a child.

In total, 18,361 people are currently defined as bereaved relatives of the first degree, a number which does not include the siblings of fallen soldiers.

On Sunday evening, a siren will sound at 8 pm to commemorate the fallen. Israelis across the country will stand in silence. After the siren, official memorial ceremonies will begin, including the central ceremony, to be held at the Western Wall (Kotel). President Shimon Peres and IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz will attend.

A second siren blast will sound the next morning. The main daytime event will be held at the Har Herzl military cemetery in Jerusalem, and will be attended by Peres and by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

Memorial Day also commemorates civilians murdered by terrorists. A total of 2,443 Israeli civilians have been murdered by terrorists since 1950; 13 were killed over the course of the past year.

Former Federal prosecutor, John Loftus, uncovers "America's Nazi Secrets" to Holocaust survivors- including our hiring the Arab Nazi, Muslim Brotherhood to commission Osama bin Laden; Britain helped bequeath Nazism into Muslim world against state of Jews

John Loftus says the U.S. employed Euro and Arab Nazis (Muslim Brotherhood, Osama) against Russia and Israel. Author of "The Secret War Against the Jews," and "America's Nazi Secrets" addresses an audience of gathered Holocaust survivors (and their descendants) at L.A.'s Holocaust Remembrance Day on the topics of Ameican and British complicity in both financing of the Nazis (and Islamofascists) - and then arranging to provide safe harbor for escaping Nazi criminals to their countries.

The Justice Department, Mr. Loftus's research reveals, obstructed Congressional investigations, including concealing from 9/11 investigators the role of U.S.-recruited Arab Nazi war criminals, the Muslim Brotherhood, in recruiting modern, middle-eastern terrorist groups, the Mujahadeen. Muslim Brotherhood off-shoot, Hamas, is the Palestinian heir to the Nazi ideology of eradication of the Jews.

L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca (who testified at the House of Representatives' Homeland Security hearing on Muslim radicalization) sat on the dais, along with local elected officials, Mayor Villaraigosa, County Supervisor, Zev Yaroslavsky, and Councilman Paul Koretz.

Survivors and PM Netanyahu mark Auschwitz death camp 65th anniversary of liberation by Soviet Army

Commemorating the icon of how Europe's Nazi's and Fascists exploited Christian anti-Semitism for their political power.

A remarkable documentary resource exploring the phenomenon of WWII concentration camps, particularly Auschwitz, should be viewed on DaMoosebelly's Channel on YouTube

This BBC-aired video is the sixth and final volume of "Auschwitz- The Nazis and the Final Solution" in a series that examines the Auschwitz death camp from conception to implementation of the "final solution" which resulted in the execution of over 1,100,000 people. This portion gives an overview of the further atrocities suffered at the hands of Soviet "liberators" as well as some people who took justice into their own hands. Also touched on is the appalling failure of the Allies to prosecute some of the worst war criminals...and even help some of them evade prosecution

Atlas Shrugs has an interesting article about the recently discovered Auschwitz blueprints (allegedly hidden by Amin al-Husseini- Hitler's Mufti) and the Mufti's importing Nazi ideology and techniques for demonizing and annihilating of Jews (as a power-technique) into the Muslim world.

Holocaust movie, "Defiance," manifests biblical themes of overcoming anti-Jewish persecution in contemporary times

"Defiance" - the story of the Bielski Brothers' resistance against Jew-hatred and genocide in Eastern Europe opens worldwide today. The true-story highlights that resisting totalitarianism begins with defying anti-Judaism

A screening panel of (pictured from left to right) the publisher of the Hollywood Reporter, Eric Mika, Defiance director, Edward Zwick, and ntnti-Defamation League Exec. Director, Abraham Foxman, discussed themes in the movie and the ongoing issue of combating Jew-hatred.

In this exclusive interview with Democracy Broadcasting, Defiance director, Edward Zwick, intimates the personal and biblical Jewish influences involved in the structure and making of this movie.

Director Zwick also reveals themes of historic Jewish defense and vindication in this interview today with columnist Jeffrey Goldberg in The Atlantic, "Ed Zwick on Passivity, Jewish Power, and Hamas"
"I think it might have been Leon Wieseltier who led me back to read the Book of Judges or the Book of Joshua to see just how much of a warrior culture this always was. The notion of self-defense is implicit in the David and Goliath story, in the Maccabee story, in the Bar Kochba story. It was all there. I would say that Schindler's List, as powerful as it was, seemed to have continued with a particular iconography of victimization and passivity. That was the iconography with which I had grown up and to which I had grown accustomed. ... The Jews were massacred, if you will, by the Germans not because they didn't resist but because they couldn't resist. ... There is pride to be taken in all the different aspects of people's response to the Holocaust. There was bravery. You read about people in the worst of circumstances who found courage in a thousand different ways. But this is a more explicit way, represented in this film..."

'UN - prosecute inciters of suicide-terror-on-civilians as war criminals' - Holocaust-sentinel, Marvin Hier

"The world has never experienced such a plague of darkness as Islamic fundamentalism"- Rabbi Marvin Hier at tribute to victims of Islamic terror

"The world should be very clear- achieving martyrdom by killing innocent civilians is an abomination. It's a concept that desecrates all religions, denegrates humankind and defames G-d.

It is not only the terrorists who bear responsibility ... it is the religious leaders who programmed them, who inspired them, who sent them - who are equally culpable and are never mentioned.

Joseph Goebels and Julius Streicher never killed a human being - but they were named as major war criminals in Nurenberg because on a daily basis they poisoned the minds of tens of millions of Germans. That is exactly what the Imams of the Islamic fundamentalists do - and nobody does anything about it. The world must not remain silent. We have the tools to do something.

The United Nations must make suicide terror a priority. Why is it that the General Assembly of the United Nations can call special sessions - listen to the subjects (all of them important): drug cartels, AIDS, disarmament, apartheid, what is missing?

They have never called a special session to deal with the greatest crime of the 21st century - suicide terror! Why not??"
...

One final word to the supporters of terrorists, wherever you are. Your concept may be new but we've seen your prototype before... You're not the first to threaten our humanity.  For 3500 years we've seen your likes. During the pogroms, the Inquisition, and the Holocaust - and we've never changed our belief.

To use a metaphor that is appropriate from the upcoming fesival of Chanukah:
That one cruise of light that emanated from the Chabad House in Mumbai has contributed more to humanity than your whole ideology and your whole way of life.  And the Jewish people whom you seek to destroy will still be here long after you and your haters have been deposited in the dustbins of history - where you belong.

The paramount criterion for selecting your next president

Eye on the UN's Anne Bayefsky feels that one criteria trumps all the others in selecting a new, free-world leader:
Since the time of Hitler, civilization has never been so close to the brink of total catastrophe. This American election will decide whether civilization as we know it will survive. As much as economic questions are currently front and center, with blame to go all round, this is not an election primarily about corporate greed, or individuals living beyond their means, or government neglect of economic oversight. Nor is it about whether we should have gone into Iraq where, like it or not, American boots on the ground have begun to create an emerging democracy. This election is about whether there will be a nuclear holocaust.

When you cast your ballot this election, make no mistake: you are voting for or against a nuclear holocaust. Not because Barack Obama wants such a horror, but because he will not prevent it. He will still be talking when the point of no return in Iran’s nuclear program is reached. And the balance of power in the world will — with terrible consequences — have changed forever.
