The decision of the Court of Cassation sinks the foundations of the French Republic.

The decision that concludes that the murderer of Sarah Halimi, a mother of 3 children, an exemplary citizen, in her sixties, murdered in the greatest violence, because she was Jewish, by a black Muslim, thirty years old, a multi-recidivist, idle, inveterate consumer of cannabis since the age of 16, on the grounds of an acute delirious crisis, alters the founding principles of our country , starting with the principle of equality.

Equality?

This promise that ornate the pediment of our institutions, it is that of the equality of all the citizens in face of the law. Why is this first principle threatened in its foundation? Well, because it is enough to consider a reverse scenario. A black mother, Muslim, exemplary, savagely murdered by a white Catholic in his thirties, often condemned, unemployed, drug addicted since his adolescence and who kills with the cry of "Jesus is our savior, I killed the Evil One". This horrible crime, which would have made millions of French people take to the streets in revolt against racial violence, committed in the name of a perverted faith, a crime with an odious colonial flavor, of a blond man on a brunette, of a Catholic on a Muslim woman, this crime, would it have left the choice to the supreme magistrates , to say that in law, well no, this murderer is not criminally responsible because he was a victim of an acute delirious state at the time of committing the act?

Everyone will make their own opinion, but it is plausible to believe that in such a case, facing the risk of the nation's conflagration, the judges would not have taken the decision to analyze the law restrictively. They would have, rightly, interpreted the law to make it conform to its essential objective of maintaining peace and civil order and would have said, logically, that the deliberate use of drugs cannot be a mitigating circumstance because it deliberately causes an alteration of the discernment, and that of course, this man must be judged for his crime and condemned by a popular jury.

Freedom?

There is only public freedom because there is an implacable justice that is imposed on all.

The right to life is inseparable from the condemnation of homicide. This was not the case for a long time when the law of the strongest prevailed and the weakest were exterminated.

Murder is even the only reason why the law has long given justice the right to condemn to the death penalty. Its abolition has been replaced by a very long period of deprivation of liberty, sometimes until the death of the condemned.

But when the perpetrator of an established anti-Semitic crime escapes judgment for a reason whose basis is hidden in the meanders of the law's unspoken words, when high magistrates lose themselves in the exegesis of the Letter to the detriment of the Spirit, then we witness the collapse of that other republican looter who bears the name of Freedom.

For how can we prohibit when we no longer sanction? How can we guarantee public liberties if we absolve the most despicable criminals of their responsibility? And above all, if drug use is now a mitigating circumstance, how many retrials can we expect?

Is that Fraternity?

Our country is going through its most serious identity crisis. The 55,000 cathedrals, churches and priorities of France are emptying, while the 3000 mosques are overflowing and the 300 synagogues are depopulating.

Instead, we carry in our hands digital temples that level the culture with stories, destroy the critical spirit, abolish the nuance and atrophy the curiosity. When science becomes a conspiracy and a conspiracy a revealed truth, when belief prevails over knowledge, is it any wonder that this Brotherhood explodes, that a man kills his neighbor because he sees at his place symbols contrary to his own faith, that a hysterical man beheads a professor and that a murderer is declared irresponsible because he was stoned during his crime?

What a tragedy to see the resurgence of obscurantism in the land of enlightenment.

President Emmanuel Macron reacted with celerity. Taking note of the judgment and its unbearable consequences, he asked the Minister of Justice to undertake without delaying a text to reform the legal status of criminal irresponsibility. It should be recalled in this look that on January 8, 2020, Senator Nathalie Goulet had already filed a bill in this sense ...

In the absence of bringing the family of the deceased a reparative trial, may this legislative change bear the name of Sarah Halimi so that we never forget that the ultimate objective of the law is to protect the weak and the minorities by depriving the strong and the majorities of any impunity.

For it is the determining condition for society to live in freedom, equality and fraternity and for the foundation of the Republic to remain solid."

Swiss-born educator, Mrs. Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, lived and worked in Kuwait and Libya. She raised issues about Islam and Sharia law in lectures back in the West. In an article, "Attempting to Appease Islamists by Enforcing Blasphemy Laws Will Only Make Europe More Dangerous" in The Federalist 10/30, Helen Raleigh wrote about the case that Austrian officials brought against her:

... the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) upheld an Austrian woman’s conviction by an Austrian court for defaming Muhammad.

According to the court ruling, the woman in this case, Mrs. S., held several seminars, entitled “Basic Information on Islam” between 2008 to 2009. In these seminars, she made several statements regarding Muhammad’s marriage to Aisha (Islamic traditions hold that Aisha was six at the time of their marriage and nine at its consummation). An undercover journalist reported her comments to Austrian authorities.

 The Vienna Regional Criminal Court found her “guilty of publicly disparaging an object of veneration of a domestic church or religious society, namely Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam, in a manner capable of arousing justified indignation.” Thus, she was convicted in 2011 of “disparaging religious doctrines pursuant to Article 188 of the Criminal Code concerning three statements.” She was ordered to “pay the costs of the proceedings and a day‑fine of 4 euros (EUR) for a period of 120 days (amounting to EUR 480 in total), which would result in sixty days’ imprisonment in the event of default.

Graeme Wood, a staff writer for The Atlantic wrote: If Europe believes enforcing blasphemy laws in order to suppress offensive speech is necessary for maintaining “religious peace,” it’s dead wrong. Blasphemy laws protect no one and certainly don’t maintain religious peace. They represent a disguised bigotry — the progressives in the EU don’t trust that Muslims are peace-loving and are capable of civil discourse without resorting to violence.”

Will de facto 'blasphemy laws' inhibit contesting Islamic imperialism's cultural hostilities in the West? Might they inhibit enforcing security precautions in public transportation and the workplace?

Q: What happened to you along your journey?

A:  Well, it's a journey that took ten years that began in in late 2009 it's like I said it's taken me a decade of my life fighting for free speech in Europe. I was convicted of denigration of religious teachings of a legally recognized religion in Austria which is effectively a blasphemy law for for asking a rhetorical question in a seminar that I gave back in 2008 asking what do you call the behavior of Muhammad the Prophet of Islam marrying a six-year-old and consummating the marriage when she was nine? The name girl's name was Aisha. What do you call it if not pedophilia? So it was a rhetorical question.

I was convicted of, like I said, denigration of religious teachings. I appealed and appealed and appealed all the way up to the Austrian Supreme Court. I lost all the way to the Supreme Court and after that I went to a supranational court called the European Court of Human Rights which is a sort of Supreme Court of Europe. And we lost again. I mean I lost again but when I lose everybody loses in Europe.

So now we have a ruling from the European Court of Human Rights which in effect says that the Muslims right not to be offended is greater than my right to free speech.

Q:  But what was it that was that you said wasn't false?

A:  Well, it wasn't wasn't slander well according to Islamic law it was slander of course so it was - it's a strange situation because the Austrian legal system sort of became the arbiter for Islamic law it was a Sharia ruling in effect because you have you had the entire Islamic world rejoicing after the verdict was passed down so that's that's actually proof that it's it's Sharia law and that Sharia slander laws were upheld by the European Court and it, you know, the irony is you didn't even need any Muslim complaint about what I'd said back in 2008 and 9, but rather you had a secular government take over and do the job and they did it very well.

Q:  What does that signal to free people, free societies around the world?

A:  Do you remember what Mohammed Atta's said when he hijacked the plane that went into the World Trade Center? One of the planes he said "if you remain quiet everything will be okay?" That's exactly what it is my court case signals to non-Muslims. You need to remain quiet and not talk about
Islam in any slanderous way and then everything will be all right. So this is a terrible terrible sign and there are so many people already silenced because of that.

Q:  But you made a religious criticism what about criticisms of Islamism and and the actions that either Muslims or the politicians who facilitate Islamism in those kind of criticisms are those also now taboo?

A: Well, you know, I don't subscribe to the distinction between Islam and Islamism. I don't belong to this group that distinguishes it. Any criticism is taboo whether it's Islam or Islamism, you must not criticize the religion of Islam or anything associated with it. And that's the problem. If you can't you can't name the enemy and obviously the Red-Green Axis that we just heard about for most of the day,  the Red-Green axis between the Socialists and the- I would call it Muslims - I would say Quran-abiding Muslims - okay, that's a distinction I would make.

Q:  Who are trying to spread Islam as a political force?


A:  Well, I mean there's no difference in Islam between religion and politics. It's all the same. It's a distinction that we as non-Muslims make. But they have won. And that's that's a tragedy. They won that case. We lost we lost massively.  The first thing I said after I heard the verdict - I apologized to my daughter because I want her to grow up as a free person and she no longer is a free person. And the second thing, you know, I will no longer speak publicly in Europe - in all of Europe - in the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights. So I am now moving, I'm shifting my focus to the United States -  to help Americans realize that your protection is the First Amendment. You need to protect your Constitution and your First Amendment.  It's the bullwark of free speech. We (Europeans) don't have anything like that. There's nothing like it in the entire planet.

"Germany expects a total of around 800,000 people to seek asylum in Germany this year. And that’s just Germany. The entire continent of Europe is being inundated with refugees at a rate unprecedented in world history. This is no longer just a “refugee crisis.” This is a hijrah.

Hijrah, or jihad by emigration, is, according to Islamic tradition, the migration or journey of Muhammad and his followers from Mecca to Yathrib, later renamed by him to Medina, in the year 622 CE. It was after the hijrah that Muhammad for the first time became not just a preacher of religious ideas, but a political and military leader. That was what occasioned his new “revelations” exhorting his followers to commit violence against unbelievers. Significantly, the Islamic calendar counts the hijrah, not Muhammad’s birth or the occasion of his first “revelation,” as the beginning of Islam, implying that Islam is not fully itself without a political and military component.



To emigrate in the cause of Allah – that is, to move to a new land in order to bring Islam there, is considered in Islam to be a highly meritorious act. “And whoever emigrates for the cause of Allah will find on the earth many locations and abundance,” says the Qur’an. “And whoever leaves his home as an emigrant to Allah and His Messenger and then death overtakes him, his reward has already become incumbent upon Allah. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.” (4:100) The exalted status of such emigrants led a British jihad group that won notoriety (and a shutdown by the government) a few years ago for celebrating 9/11 to call itself Al-Muhajiroun: The Emigrants.

And now a hijrah of a much greater magnitude is upon us. Evidence that this is a hijrah, not simply a humanitarian crisis, came last February, but was little noted at the time and almost immediately forgotten. The Islamic State published a document entitled, “Libya: The Strategic Gateway for the Islamic State.” Gateway into Europe, that is: the document exhorted Muslims to go to Libya and cross from there as refugees into Europe. This document tells would-be jihadis that weapons from Gaddafi’s arsenal are plentiful and easy to obtain in Libya – and that the country “has a long coast and looks upon the southern Crusader states, which can be reached with ease by even a rudimentary boat.” . . .



Of course, not all of these refugees are Islamic jihadis. Not all are even Muslims, although most are. However, no effort whatsoever is being made to determine the refugees’ adherence to Sharia and desire to bring it to their new land. Any such effort would be “Islamophobic.” Yet there are already hints that the Islamic State is putting its plan into effect: jihadis have already been found among the refugees trying to enter Europe. There will be many more such discoveries."

Al Jazeera America news channel replaces Al Jazeera America over CurrentTV distribution

Al Jazeera America: What influence is Qatar's emir spending $500 million to effect within America?

The British-accented, Al Jazeera English satellite news channel, met with limited reception by US pay-TV subscribers, will be superseded in North America by a new, American-based (but still Qatar-monarchy owned) Al Jazeera America news channel.  Al Jazeera America will be ushered into American cable and satellite homes over the channel formerly known as CurrentTV beginning August 20, 2013.  

Tony Fox, Al Jazeera's public communications chief (formerly with Comedy Central), gives us the lowdown on how vast the news channel's American operation will be - and what independence will this channel have from the sharia-governing owner, Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Thamer Al Thani.



The channel has hired familiar, chief business correspondent with CNN, Ali Velshi, to be the familiar public face to help streamline acceptance of channel-viewing into American homes. Mr. Velshi explained his perspectives on the channel's role in the American media landscape to DemoCast at the National Cable Television Association convention in Washington D.C. on June 10th.

The Qatari Emir, though also professing a hands-off approach towards editorial in Al Jazzera English, has been criticized for influencing it.  In one case, it resulted in the replacement of it's long-time Director-General by a man with no background in journalism, according to the Britain's The Guardian newspaper published 30 Sept'12:

"Al-Jazeera English was set up in 2006 by the Arabic broadcaster of the same name and both are owned by the Qatari state. The network, founded in 1996, gained credibility with audiences in the region for its seemingly independent coverage in the post 9/11 period. Its English channel was launched to offer an alternative, non-western-centric worldview.

However, in recent years, Qatar has taken steps to consolidate its control over the channel as the country seeks greater political influence in the Gulf.

In September 2011, Wadah Khanfar, a Palestinian widely seen as independent, suddenly left as director-general after eight years in the post and was replaced by a member of the royal family, Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim al-Thani, a man with no background in journalism.

In his resignation letter, Khanfar said, after noting that the channel had been criticised by Donald Rumsfeld and hailed by Hillary Clinton, that "al-Jazeera is still independent and its integral coverage has not changed".

Consumer-activist group urges Americans to switch service away from pay TV companies who bring the Qatari-funded Al Jazeera channel into American households. Group will protest leftist bias outside CNN Hollywood on Saturday, Feb 16th.

Rage Against the Media put on a demonstration outside an L.A. appearance of Al Gore to discuss his new book, The Future. Rage was protesting the former Democrat presidential candidate's complicity in providing Al Jazeera full-time channel carriage into American households through selling his liberal current affairs channel, Current TV, to the the Qatari monarchy for an American version of Al Jazeera.

Rage protested the professed-environmentalist, Mr. Gore's facilitating the advocacy of Persian Gulf, petrol interests via Al Jazeera's biases. The group was also concerned about the oil-sheikh-owned channel influencing American foreign policy- and molifying social more's against political Islamism molifying society against Islamization and anti-Semitism- as has occurred in a number of European societies, such as France and Belgium.

Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America ("CAMERA") director,  Ms. Andrea Levin cited for USA Today, a specific example when speaking of one of Al Jazeera Arabic's most popular programs-  called “Sharia and Life.”

 …hosted by Sheik Yusuf al-Qaradawi, a former “spiritual guide” of the Muslim Brotherhood. Al-Qaradawi has called for conversion of Europe and North America to Islam and a Muslim-led genocide of Israel and the Jews.

A representative for Al Jazeera told Reuters that nine operators will carry the new channel, the largest being Comcast, DirecTV, Dish, ATandT, and Verizon. Time Warner, who carries Current, is taking a wait and see approach for the time being.


Organizer of Rage Against the Media, Karen Siegemund, appealed to the lecture attendees and the TV viewing public to contact their pay TV company and encourage them to not bring Al Jazeera into their households, or risk cancellation of their account.

Ms. Bachmann’s response, detailing her concerns and those of her colleagues, reveals the extent to which this administration has been tainted–or quite possibly corrupted–by Islamist influences.  (. . .)

Bachmann also reveals that “despite statements backed up by considerable evidence in court raising concerns about many of the Muslim Brotherhood front groups,” various departments in the Obama administration continue to engage in “outreach” programs with these same organizations “as if the evidence…doesn’t exist.” 

Lastly, she reveals that, despite the FBI officially cutting ties with CAIR after the Holy Land trial, “the White House Director for Community Partnerships admitted that this administration has had ‘hundreds’ of meeting with CAIR” and that the White House “has worked to conceal these ties (in one case, with ISNA and MPAC).”

Bachmann also says an investigation of “potential Muslim Brotherhood infiltration” of President Barack Obama’s administration is needed because of interactions between federal agencies and what she calls U.S. front groups for the Muslim Brotherhood, an international Islamist group that recently came to power in Egypt.

One of Bachmann’s June 13 letters singles out Huma Abedin, a deputy chief of staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and wife of former New York congressman Anthony Weiner.

Bachmann’s letter says three members of Abedin’s family have had ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, notes that her job affords her routine access to Clinton, and says the State Department has taken recent actions “that have been enormously favorable to the Muslim Brotherhood and its interests.”

Hillary Clinton's secretary, Huma Abedin, steps out of spotlight as Obama / Clinton Administration establishes relations with Muslim Brotherhood; questions arise

Questions arise from a strange confluence of events:

The Simon Wiesenthal Center criticized the White House today for opening talks with the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. The Center referred to a news wire story quoting a unidentified senior U.S. official and confirmed today by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, citing, “The Brotherhood’s rise in political prominence” as the reason for the change in the White House position. “The political landscape in Egypt may have changed since the end of the Mubarak regime,” said Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder and dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. “But the Brotherhood’s hatred of Jews and Israel has not changed at all. This seems like a sell out to the European position and I hope it is not a signal that the United States will acquiesce to Europe and begin talking to Hamas as well.”

A few weeks ago, the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, Mohamed Badie (pictured left) said, “Allah has warned us the tricks of the Jews, and their role in igniting the fire of wars… and they labor hard to spread corruption on earth: and Allah does not love the spreaders of corruption.”

Rabbi Hier continued, “We should not be talking to an organization that can lay claim to being the world's leading purveyor of anti-Semitism and hatred of Jews. Legitimizing the Muslim Brotherhood sends the wrong message that you can hate Jews, and still sit and talk with world leaders.”

On the same day, today, The NY Post reports that amidst concern about possible Wahabist-affiliations, Huma Abedin, adminstrative assistant to US Sec'y of State Hillary Clinton, is taking time off from the her senior job with the State Dept- as well as time off from her husband.

FrontPage Magazine last week published an interview with Robert Spencer, author of the Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades), and the director of Jihad Watch. In the interview, Mr. Spencer indicates that what with Ms. Abedin's family involvement in the Muslim Brotherhood and Sisterhood, that Muslima, Huma Abedin's marriage to the scandal-plagued Rep. Anthony Weiner (who professed Judaism when campaigning in a partly Jewish district) was reported by the Arabic al-Marsid newspaper article as being null and void.

In this case, he assured the invalidity of the marriage certificate between them.”

Alternatively, Mr. Spencer declares that since the imam of the Islamic Cultural Center in NY encouraged Huma to stand by her husband who disgraced her, Anthony Weiner may have converted to Islam to marry her.

Before Weiner's last re-election, when questioning his Jewish pedigree and Zionist bona fides, challengers asserted that in addition to not caucusing with Jews in the Brooklyn-Queens democratic circles, he had, curiously never drafted any legislation in support of Israel. See video:

In "U.S Ignores Hillary Clinton's Powerful Aide Huma Abedin at Its Own Risk" published in Human Events, Walid Shoebat presents an argument that Hillary Clinton has enabled Huma Abedin (who he argues is a Muslim Brotherhood agent who was never adequately vetted) to benefit the Muslim Brotherhood from within Washington, under the guise of assisting the State Dept.

Dearborn counter-Sharia rally by Pastor Terry Jones, Rabbi Shifren exposes Muslim bigotry, police complicity

Pastor Terry Jones held a rally outside of Dearborn City Hall June 17, 2011. Pastor Wayne Sapp and Rabbi Nachum Shifren accompanied him with speeches. They attracted a small group of (mostly older) supporters, were outnumbered and outshouted by many an opposotion of Muslim Dearbornites and the Detroit-based minorities' rights group, By Any Means Necessary (B.A.M.N.). National Coordinator, Donna Stern, likened Terry Jones to the KKK and his group "Stand Up for America" to Germany's National Socialists. Her mainly-black group participated with the Muslims in hurling racial epithets against Rabbi Nachum Shifren and Christian, Pastor Jones.



Eric Jones, a Zionistic Christian who publishes the website Bonhoeffer's Dream, came out in support of Stand Up for America.  He decried the anti-Judeo-Christian enmity he feels from Dearborn and carried signs "Be a Bonhoeffer"- referring to Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a German Lutheran Pastor who stood-up against anti-Semitism in the Lutheran movement, and participated in the Resistance Movement against the Nazi Party.

Pastor Jones attempted to walk from City Hall to the Arab-American Fair being held a few blocks away, but the Dearborn Police did not provide him ample protection and hecklers impeded his movement. He would have been lynched if he had not been extricated at the last minute.

Black conservative activist, Phil Stargell, expressed disgust by the lack of police protection afforded Pastor Jones.  He alleged that the Dearborn Police were politically biased in favor of the Muslim mob against Jones' rally - and called upon Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate Muslim anti-Christian influence in the Dearborn Police.

Free speech experts question handling of Terry Jones protest

By J. Patrick Pepper Press & Guide Newspapers 21 April- DEARBORN — Pastor Terry Jones might be unwelcome here but legal and civil rights experts say he should have an opportunity to speak when and where he wants.

“The guarantee of religions freedom for all and the fundamental American right to protest are both essential elements of the First Amendment and they should be honored equally by the city of Dearborn,” said Rana Elmir, communications director for the American Civil Liberties Union Michigan.



City officials on Wednesday denied him a permit for the protest and this afternoon Jones is due in 19th District Court for a hearing on a verified complaint by the Wayne County prosecutor. The complaint seeks to make Jones post a peace bond, which is cash or surety deposited by a defendant to guarantee that they would not bother or threaten another person. If the terms of the bond are violated it is forfeited and the defendant risks arrest.

Peace bonds are requested relatively infrequently.

“We are deeply concerned by the proposal to require Rev. Jones to post a peace bond,” said Elmir. “As reprehensible as his beliefs may be, we believe this is an unconstitutional attempt to limit his unpopular speech.”

Government authorities point to two main reasons for the tack they have taken.

First are questions of accesibiliy with the site where Jones want to protest. The only public property near Islamic Center is a right-of-way separating Ford Road and Altar Road, the street Islamic Center is located on. Altar Road is a limited-access drive that is also home to four Christian churches that will be offering Good Friday worship services at various points throughout the day.

And although Jones only listed a handful of people who would be joining him on his permit request, city officials said they will not allow the expected gaggle of media and counter protesters to prevent parishioners from attending services

Membership in the EU is from now constitutional. A withdrawal will imply yet another change of the constitution, which is more complicated and takes longer time (one voting before and one voting after a general election).

The multiculturalism is from now constitutional. It is now imperative to financially support ethnic, cultural and religious groups with the taxpayers’ money. A disastrous policy is cemented.

The significance of the Swedish citizenship is undermined when foreigners are broadly placed on an equal footing with Swedish citizens and thus enjoy the same rights. On top of this there will no longer be any insistence on Swedish citizenship for positions of sensible nature, which implies that foreigners are allowed to have the positions that are structurally important for the society.
