At 12th L.A.X. Counter-Terror Memorial, clergy, diplomat, and prosecutor call for stronger action to defend free-societies from Islamist movement

On Independence Day, the survivors of Vicky Hen held the 12th Independence Day Memorial for victims of the 1st jihadist attack in California- upon the El Al ticket counter of Los Angeles Airport's international terminal - on the 4th of July 2002- 9-months after Sept. 11, 2001. 

The ceremony by Vicky's survivors, father Avi, mother Rachel, and brother Udi, were comforted by around 3-dozen attendees and speakers.  For the first time, a Consul General of the Israeli Consulate to the Southwestern U.S. attended.

Video: Israeli Consul General David Siegel connected the jihad of Egyptian Hesham Hadayet seeking paradise by killing Vicky Hen and passenger's friend Jacob Aminov of North Hollywood - with the jihad warfare being conducted by Palestinians through rocketing, kidnapping, and killing Israeli civilians.  He acknowledged the supportive presence of Leehy Sha'er, whos nephew, Gil-Ad Sha'er was among the trio of yeshiva students abducted, shot, and burned by Palestinian followers of Hamas.

Pastor Ramin Parsa, of the Good Shepherd Church in Encino, Calif. was born and raised a Shi'ite Muslim in Iran. He quoted for the audience Quranic passages used to command Muslims to enmity and violence against Jews and Christians- which have motivated Islamic anti-Semitism for 1,400 years - centuries before the re-establishment of Jewish sovereignty in Israel.


In May, 2008 - KNBC-TV News' Paul Moyer recounted the events of the shooting and the confession of a whistleblower policeman, Bob Lopez, that despite the FBI recommending special protection for the El Al counter (and his reporting having spotted "suspicious people" casing the El Al counter, not only were no provisions made, there was no police protection in the area that  morning- enabling the jihadist easy accesa to shoot. Vicky and Aminov died waiting 7 minutes for airport police to arrive, and over 20 minutes for an ambulance.

After the 9/11 attacks, the public was told al-Qaeda acted alone, with no state sponsors.

But the White House never let it see an entire section of Congress’ investigative report on 9/11 dealing with “specific sources of foreign support” for the 19 hijackers, 15 of whom were Saudi nationals.

It was kept secret and remains so today.

President Bush inexplicably censored 28 full pages of the 800-page report. Text isn’t just blacked-out here and there in this critical-yet-missing middle section. The pages are completely blank, except for dotted lines where an estimated 7,200 words once stood. A pair of lawmakers who recently read the redacted portion say they are “absolutely shocked” at the level of foreign state involvement in the attacks.

Reps. Walter Jones (R-NC) and Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.) can’t reveal the nation identified by it without violating federal law. So they’ve proposed Congress pass a resolution asking President Obama to declassify the entire 2002 report, “Joint Inquiry Into Intelligence Community Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001.”

Some information already has leaked from the classified section, which is based on both CIA and FBI documents, and it points back to Saudi Arabia, a presumed ally.

The Saudis deny any role in 9/11, but the CIA in one memo reportedly found “incontrovertible evidence” that Saudi government officials — not just wealthy Saudi hardliners, but high-level diplomats and intelligence officers employed by the kingdom — helped the hijackers both financially and logistically. The intelligence files cited in the report directly implicate the Saudi embassy in Washington and consulate in Los Angeles in the attacks, making 9/11 not just an act of terrorism, but an act of war.

A liberal critic of the Obama Administration, writer, Michael Hastings, 33, was killed in an automobile accident early this morning in Los Angeles.

The journalism world reacted with stunned horror at the sudden death of Michael Hastings on Tuesday. 

Hastings, who was just 33 years old, was killed in a car crash in Los Angeles early Tuesday morning. 

He rocketed to instant fame when his piece in Rolling Stone brought down Stanley McChrystal, the top-ranking general in Afghanistan, in 2010. Since then, Hastings was a regular presence in print and on television, a frequent critic of the Obama administration and an aggressive and enthusiastic debater. In recent years, the war correspondent had turned his focus to domestic politics, bringing the same independent spirit to the campaign trail.

Neither the Los Angeles Police Department nor coroner's officials could immediately confirm whether Hastings was the victim of a single-car crash that occurred about 4:25 a.m. in the 600 block of North Highland Avenue. Police officials said it was the only vehicle fatality reported Tuesday morning in the city of Los Angeles.

The vehicle crossed a median, struck a tree and burst into flames in the Hancock Park area, LAPD Officer Christopher No said. The driver was prounounced dead at the scene. 
A witness described the accident to KTLA News: “I was just coming northbound on Highland and I seen a car, like, going really fast and all of a sudden I seen it jackknife,”  Luis Cortez said. “I just seen parts fly everywhere, and I slammed on my brakes and stopped and tried to call 911."

On Thursday, Obama gave a major national security speech in which he defended the use of drone strikes as a key counterterrorism tool. Hastings said the speech marked a reversal in Obama's thinking. 

"If you compare this speech to the speech he gave in Cairo, in 2009 or his Nobel Prize speech, you see almost a total rejection of the civil rights tradition that President Obama supposedly came out of... and just an embrace of total militarism," Hastings said. 

"That speech to me was essentially agreeing with President Bush and Vice President Cheney that we're in this neo-conservative paradigm, that we're at war with a jihadist threat that actually is not a nuisance but the most important threat we're facing today," Hastings continued.

Andrew Breitbart, another outspoken critic of the Obama adminstration, but from the political right, also died mysteriously one evening a Los Angeles street in March, 2012.

Poisoning of coroner revives interest in Andrew Breitbart's (1969-2012) demise and legacy

Conservative new-media journalist and publisher Mr. Andrew Breitbart dropped dead on an L.A. street on March 1st, 2012 under controversial circumstances.  Weeks earlier, he had announced that he would be revealing a videotape which would incriminate Pres. Barack Obama.  "[We] are going to vet [Obama] from his college days to show you why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008," Breitbart said at a CPAC gathering last month.

At the year-end 2012 TV memorials of notable passings, the mainstream press mostly omitted Andrew Breitbart's, though he was publisher of several significant news sites under Breitbart.com.

Infowars asked, “Was Cormier targeted because he knew something” about Breitbart’s death which contradicted the official findings? 

Last Monday, the coroner’s office released its findings on Cormier’s official cause of death: he was indeed killed by “extremely high amounts of arsenic in his system,” said Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter. “He had a history of heart problems, but it was the arsenic that killed him.”

On 16th anniversary of Oklahoma City Federal Building bombing that killed 171 Americans, why aren't Feds investigating third-terrorist evidence - or Muslim Iraqi soldier currently in custody?

Criticism lingers regarding Feds' kid-glove avoidance of Islamic terror connection in the Oklahoma City Federal Building, despite the arrest of an Iraqi suspect bearing an identifying tattoo and the same name, Hussain al Hussaini, as the suspect alleged by Oklahoma City investigative reporter Jayna Davis as the "Third Terrorist" or "John Doe #2." That the only publicly presumed culprits (Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols) were white Christians - has been the convenient exception to the notion that terrorism is usually committed by Muslims.

On April 26, 2011, Hussain al Hussaini will be tried in Quincy, Mass only on mayhem charges related to a slicing the face of a homeless man there.

On Wednesday 9 March, a “homeless man” was arrested in the Boston suburb of Quincy, Massachusetts, on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after allegedly striking another man with a beer bottle. His name is Hussain Hashem al-Hussaini, although has several other aliases and a previous arrest record.

His arrest would have likely gone unnoticed except for the tenacious investigative journalism conducted in the months and years following the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City by author and investigative journalist Jayna Davis. Ms. Davis, a former reporter for KFOR-TV at the time of the bombing, identified al Hussaini as the “John Doe #2” in the April 19, 1995 bombing that claimed the lives of 168 people, including 22 children, three who were unborn. Her investigation is chronicled in her book, The Third Terrorist, and is an important investigative report into the actual events that took place in the months, days and weeks leading to the bombing, and perhaps even more importantly, in the years afterward.

The disheveled homeless man arrested this week is at the epicenter of a plot that involves not only domestic terrorism, but the inexcusable failures and activities of the FBI that led directly to the events of September 2001. Ms. Davis documented the direct involvement of a Muslim terrorist operation involved in the 1995 bombing, and attempted to warn the FBI of additional attacks being planned. Despite impeccable documentation compiled by Ms. Davis that I personally reviewed in my capacity as an investigator, her warnings went unheeded. Six years later, the worst attack on American soil killed another 3,000 people. It is my belief that the attacks of 9/11 could have been stopped had the FBI acted upon the evidence she submitted to the FBI.

Weeping and Other Hysterics: Have Muslim Apologists Nothing More to Offer? by Raymond Ibrahim 3/14/11

From Congressman Keith Ellison's emotional breakdown to Congresswoman Jackie Speier's accusations of "racism," last week's hearings on Muslim radicalization have made it clear that those who oppose the hearings have little of substance to offer. Still, the tactics used by such apologists—namely, appeals to emotionalism and accusations of racism—are influential enough that they need to be addressed and discredited once and for all.     . . .

Based on these initial hearings, it is clear that the apologists have little to offer. As Jennifer Rubin writes at the Washington Post, "The Democrats' unhinged rhetoric and wild accusations did more to undermine their opposition to the hearings than anything King could possibly have said." Yet crying tears or "racism!" is emblematic of a greater problem: politicians trying to appeal to the people's emotions, not their reason—an approach that has historically had horrific consequences.
