A Muslim Afghani, 19, brought to the United States by President Joe Biden’s massive resettlement operation out of Afghanistan, is accused of raping a teenage girl in Missoula, Montana.

Montana Talks reports that Zabihullah Mohmand arrived in the U.S. on “humanitarian parole,” the process by which the Biden administration has brought tens of thousands of Afghans to the U.S. over the last two months.

Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte (R) told Montana Talks that “this situation and others across the country raise serious concerns about whether the Biden administration is meeting its obligations to fully vet Afghans prior to resettlement.”

Congressman Matt Rosendale (R-MT) released a similar statement

The charges against the Afghan male come after two Afghan men at Fort McCoy in Monroe County, Wisconsin, are being prosecuted for separate charges of domestic abuse and child sex crimes.

In those two cases, one of the Afghans is accused of strangling and suffocating his wife, whom he has allegedly abused for years. The other Afghan is accused of molesting 12-year-old and 14-year-old boys and threatening them with violence if they reported the abuse.

Two Afghan refugees staying at Fort McCoy charged with violent crimes

Here is another incident involving the newly arrived refugees resettled in the US following the Democrats' botched evacuation of Afghanistan in August.

According to ABC News' El Paso affiliate, KVIA-TV, the FBI is investigating the sexual assault of a female Fort Bliss soldier by several male Afghan refugees at the Army’s Doña Ana Complex camp where thousands are currently being housed.

“We can confirm a female service member supporting Operation Allies Welcome reported being assaulted on Sept. 19 by a small group of male evacuees at the Doña Ana Complex in New Mexico,”- Fort Bliss Public Affairs spokeswoman, Lt. Col Allie Payne said in an emailed statement.

"The Risks Afghani Male Immigrants pose to Western Europe and America's Dilemma" by Dr. Nasrin Parsian, Ed.D  (asylee from Islamist  Iranian).

As Afghanistan saw a great power change that is now in the hands of Taliban. The change in government of Afghanistan results in higher rate of migration. A large number of people of Kabul migrate to different countries as a result they face migration setbacks. Many studies shows that during the time of this political crisis, the ideas are generated that only America can stand against Taliban. But according to different researches, from 2017 'til today many Afghan males migrate to Turkey. (Hakimi, 2021)

Europe seen a large number of immigrants from different countries and now it’s the time for Afghanis. There are different issues and challenges that are faced by hosting countries as well as immigrants, most of them had no passport or any other document of identification. America started their identification process through screening and they identify thousands of immigrants that came from Afghanistan only.

Different countries, including Albania, set their camps to identify immigrants. U.S aimed to reject their migration policy this time as they did during Syrian civil war. Now Europe is going to implement the policy of pushbacks which results in inhumane behavior against immigrants. This time, the rulers of European nations want to keep away immigrants of Afghanistan. Migrants have been living in camps in poor condition. They feared Taliban and wish to flee from Afghanistan because they claim that there is no employment for them in Afghanistan due to continuous war and political distress. On the other hand, European countries refuse them asylum in these countries. (Matthew Dalton, 2021)

The president of Turkey said that Turkey is not made compensate these immigrants that came from Afghanistan and applied for European countries. There are different setbacks that are faced by afghan immigrants the first and foremost issue is access to the country where they want to go. They faces issues in filling their application and the process are also create issues for them because they have no documents to prove their identity. The host countries most of the time refuses them to take asylum in their country due to large number of migrants already living in their countries. (Robert Burns, 2021)

U.S withdraw its 20 years military possession in Afghanistan so many researchers write the fall of America’s military favored by the people of America but the world saw this change as the end of U.S neoliberalism. After U.S withdrawal from Afghanistan people of this region fear of Taliban, especially women and girls, due to strict Islamic policies and those males who work with Americans. It led to large number of migration from Afghanistan to different countries - but most of the countries denied absorbing such large number of people in their country. People saw that America lost its imperialism in Afghanistan, but also expect that it must its play its due role to help people of this country that are suffering from war and other issues in Afghanistan. One of the most prominent problems is unemployment in their own America. (Blake, 2021)

Islamic-immigration confounds democracies' standards for human-rights and free-speech

Stoning is an Islamic-sanctioned punishment
for reporting being raped
Egyptian-Muslim raised, Dr. Tawfik Hamid asks posits in his "Newsmax" article: "Can you name a single, leading Islamic institution that stands unambiguously against traditional Shariah teachings of killing apostates and gays, beating women, stoning adulterers, raping female war prisoners, and forcibly converting non-Muslims?

If a group of Muslims claims that freedom of religion permits their killing of gays, their subjugation of women, and their persecution of non-believers — all as Shariah Law dictates — should we allow their behavior, under our Constitution's First Amendment, or should we set limitations for the concept of religious freedom, thereby preventing them from practicing such "religious" principles?"
Acid attacks are a growing example of Islamic-sanctioned
punishments to avenge a female 'dishonoring' the male
relatives in her family. Cases increase with Muslim
immigration to the West. (photo: BareNakedIslam)

Swiss-born educator, Mrs. Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, lived and worked in Kuwait and Libya. She raised issues about Islam and Sharia law in lectures back in the West. In an article, "Attempting to Appease Islamists by Enforcing Blasphemy Laws Will Only Make Europe More Dangerous" in The Federalist 10/30, Helen Raleigh wrote about the case that Austrian officials brought against her:
... the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) upheld an Austrian woman’s conviction by an Austrian court for defaming Muhammad.

According to the court ruling, the woman in this case, Mrs. S., held several seminars, entitled “Basic Information on Islam” between 2008 to 2009. In these seminars, she made several statements regarding Muhammad’s marriage to Aisha (Islamic traditions hold that Aisha was six at the time of their marriage and nine at its consummation). An undercover journalist reported her comments to Austrian authorities.

Educator, Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, defends against charges for "denigrating Islam" in an Austrian courtroom
The Vienna Regional Criminal Court found her “guilty of publicly disparaging an object of veneration of a domestic church or religious society, namely Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam, in a manner capable of arousing justified indignation.” Thus, she was convicted in 2011 of “disparaging religious doctrines pursuant to Article 188 of the Criminal Code concerning three statements.” She was ordered to “pay the costs of the proceedings and a day‑fine of 4 euros (EUR) for a period of 120 days (amounting to EUR 480 in total), which would result in sixty days’ imprisonment in the event of default.

Graeme Wood, a staff writer for The Atlantic wrote: If Europe believes enforcing blasphemy laws in order to suppress offensive speech is necessary for maintaining “religious peace,” it’s dead wrong. Blasphemy laws protect no one and certainly don’t maintain religious peace. They represent a disguised bigotry — the progressives in the EU don’t trust that Muslims are peace-loving and are capable of civil discourse without resorting to violence.”
Will de facto 'blasphemy laws' inhibit contesting Islamic imperialism's cultural hostilities in the West? Might they inhibit enforcing security precautions in public transportation and the workplace?

Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff interviewed at the American Freedom Alliance in Los Angeles this past spring.

Q: What happened to you along your journey?

A:  Well, it's a journey that took ten years that began in in late 2009 it's like I said it's taken me a decade of my life fighting for free speech in Europe. I was convicted of denigration of religious teachings of a legally recognized religion in Austria which is effectively a blasphemy law for for asking a rhetorical question in a seminar that I gave back in 2008 asking what do you call the behavior of Muhammad the Prophet of Islam marrying a six-year-old and consummating the marriage when she was nine? The name girl's name was Aisha. What do you call it if not pedophilia? So it was a rhetorical question.
Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff addressing A.F.A.
conference in Los Angeles, 2016

I was convicted of, like I said, denigration of religious teachings. I appealed and appealed and appealed all the way up to the Austrian Supreme Court. I lost all the way to the Supreme Court and after that I went to a supranational court called the European Court of Human Rights which is a sort of Supreme Court of Europe. And we lost again. I mean I lost again but when I lose everybody loses in Europe.

So now we have a ruling from the European Court of Human Rights which in effect says that the Muslims right not to be offended is greater than my right to free speech.

Q:  But what was it that was that you said wasn't false?

A:  Well, it wasn't wasn't slander well according to Islamic law it was slander of course so it was - it's a strange situation because the Austrian legal system sort of became the arbiter for Islamic law it was a Sharia ruling in effect because you have you had the entire Islamic world rejoicing after the verdict was passed down so that's that's actually proof that it's it's Sharia law and that Sharia slander laws were upheld by the European Court and it, you know, the irony is you didn't even need any Muslim complaint about what I'd said back in 2008 and 9, but rather you had a secular government take over and do the job and they did it very well.

Q:  What does that signal to free people, free societies around the world?

A:  Do you remember what Mohammed Atta's said when he hijacked the plane that went into the World Trade Center? One of the planes he said "if you remain quiet everything will be okay?" That's exactly what it is my court case signals to non-Muslims. You need to remain quiet and not talk about
Islam in any slanderous way and then everything will be all right. So this is a terrible terrible sign and there are so many people already silenced because of that.

Q:  But you made a religious criticism what about criticisms of Islamism and and the actions that either Muslims or the politicians who facilitate Islamism in those kind of criticisms are those also now taboo?

A: Well, you know, I don't subscribe to the distinction between Islam and Islamism. I don't belong to this group that distinguishes it. Any criticism is taboo whether it's Islam or Islamism, you must not criticize the religion of Islam or anything associated with it. And that's the problem. If you can't you can't name the enemy and obviously the Red-Green Axis that we just heard about for most of the day,  the Red-Green axis between the Socialists and the- I would call it Muslims - I would say Quran-abiding Muslims - okay, that's a distinction I would make.

Q:  Who are trying to spread Islam as a political force?

A:  Well, I mean there's no difference in Islam between religion and politics. It's all the same. It's a distinction that we as non-Muslims make. But they have won. And that's that's a tragedy. They won that case. We lost we lost massively.  The first thing I said after I heard the verdict - I apologized to my daughter because I want her to grow up as a free person and she no longer is a free person. And the second thing, you know, I will no longer speak publicly in Europe - in all of Europe - in the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights. So I am now moving, I'm shifting my focus to the United States -  to help Americans realize that your protection is the First Amendment. You need to protect your Constitution and your First Amendment.  It's the bullwark of free speech. We (Europeans) don't have anything like that. There's nothing like it in the entire planet.

Lawyer, Judith Bergman, wrote in "Denmark: How to Deal with Integration" in Gatestone Institute, August 20, 2019
The Integration Barometer -- which measures the degree of assimilation in the municipality among young people with a non-Western background -- showed that almost one third of 18-29 year-olds (31%) believe that "religious and cultural laws must be adhered to, even though they may be contrary to [Danish] law."  The issue, then, is whether these young people believe that Islamic sharia law should take precedence over Danish law.... In addition, the number of youths who view democracy in a positive light has fallen from 86% in 2016 to 79% in 2018.
. . .
Recently, the Imam Ali Mosque refused to distance itself from an Iranian imam, Mansour Leghaei, who for years was associated with it, and preached there, but in 2018, was prohibited entry into Denmark for two years: he had written on a Shia Muslim website that men beating their wives and children could be justified and that marital rape does not constitute rape.
. . .
The Imam Ali Mosque's refusal to distance itself from the problematic imam, exemplifies the difficulties with which Western societies are struggling: How does a society deal with religious institutions that profess values, which are the very opposite of the value system of the Western society in which they live? How does one deal with the influence that they wield on the people who follow their recommendations? And how, in turn, does one deal with this influence on the West?

'Mosque-shooter's manifesto reveals Left-Wing extremism'- Trevor Loudon at A.F.A. conference

Brendan Tarrant advocated socialism, not capitalism
Since Brendan Tarrant massacred 49 Muslims at a Christchurch, New Zealand mosque in March, mainstream media outlets reflexively portrayed his ideology as a right-wing conservative. But Trevor Loudon, a Christchurch-raised investigative writer explains here, that according to the manifesto Tarrant wrote prior to launching his attack, his motivations are actually Left-wing Bolshevism and national socialist.

Recorded at the American Freedom Alliance's forum, "The Long March Through the Institutions. The Left's Revolution By Other Means" May 5, 2019 in Los Angeles.

Author Jim Simpson: Hillary vs Trump on Muslim visas, immigration- at American Freedom Alliance

At a 2-years prior American Freedom Alliance event, conservative author, Jim Simpson (author of "The Patriot's Handbook: A guide to restoring liberty," and "The Red-Green Axis: Refugees, Immigration and the Agenda to Erase America" ) comments on the Muslim immigration policies of the US' Democratic Party - under Barack Obama (and announced by presidential candidate Hillary Clinton).

In the manifesto Brendan Tarrant posted, a number of references to Norwegian nationalist massacrist, Anders Behring Breivik, were included. The Norwegian mass murderer's name was included in a list of "partisans/freedom fighters/ethno soldiers" who Tarrant said took a stand against "ethnic and cultural genocide." Muslim Reform Movement's Dr Zuhdi Jasser debates philo-Islamist politico, MPAC's Salam al-Marayati

World Affairs Council's Serge Tomassian moderates Muslim Reform debate between Salam al-Marayati and Dr. Zuhdi Jasser
Western democracies hope to see resident orthodox Muslims reconcile supremacist dogma with liberal Western democracy. Are Islamic teachings contributing to bigotry and militancy? Would Saudi-influenced Islamic centers reform the dogma they practice?

The World Affairs Council of Orange County (sponsored by Indian-American Dr. S. Mohanty) invited Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, President of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy to discuss the "Need for the Muslim Reform Movement (MRM)."
Salam al-Marayati and Zuhdi Jasser argue their points at 25 Jan SoCal debate

In the lead up, some W.A.C members requested to have Salam al-Marayati of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) challenge MRM with a countervailing opinion- their own "reform" proposition. MRM considers MPAC an Islamist legacy group with an interest in resisting reform and squelching MRM's challenging message of of secular Islam.

The debate event was held last Wednesday, 25 January at the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach, California.

Liberal Israeli filmmakers hope Trump era brings greater acceptance of common struggle

Coinciding with the anniversary of Kristallnacht (the night after the US presidential elections) the Israel Film Festival premiered in L.A. on November 10th. Former Bev Hills Mayor Jimmy Delshad tells what Iranian Jews can teach the west regarding the global jihad which US president-elect Donald Trump seeks to thwart through curtailing Muslim immigration to the U.S.

America-Israel relations under Trump? Should Israel Film Festival should portray Israel in favorable light?

Despite liberal Israeli filmmakers penchant for deprecating their society in domestic films, American patrons at the gala fundraiser, Ardyth and daughter Alise, say they expect the Israel Film Festival to select films which depict Israel in a favorable light.

Israel Film Festvial premiere in Hollywood screens Swiss-Israeli director/cinematographer, Raphael Rebibo's film, "Amor," regarding the Jewish dilemma of assisted suicide of terminal patients by relatives. His picture illustrates the conflict between fundamentalist / orthodox religion and liberal society.

Rebibo says that French speaking countries (including Switzerland) nowadays shy away from showing movies from Israel or Israeli filmmakers.

Meni Yaish, director of Israeli mafia drama, "Our Father" in the style of Quentin Tarantino, talks at the premiere of the Israel Film Festival in Hollywood about bringing Israeli domestic movies to an international market. Do Israeli filmmakers and festivals have a responsibility to represent Israel's public image favorably?

Based on a satire by Israeli author, Ephraim Kishon, Koby Azran produced a parody short-subject movie, "An Average Story" starring Itzik Golan as the demographic, average Israeli which catapults him to above-average celebrity.

Massacre in Paris: How will West avert Islamization through migration?

Poll by ICM Research for the Russian news agency Rossiya Segodnya.
Why France will do nothing about the Paris Massacre
by David "Spengler" Goldman, Asia Times 11/15/15
Ignored in news coverage of the Paris massacre is the single most pertinent piece of background: A 2014 opinion poll found that ISIS had an approval rating in France (at 16%) almost as high as President Francois Holland (at 18%). In the 18-to-24-year-old demographic, ISIS’ support jumped to 27%.

Muslims comprise about a tenth of France’s population, so the results imply that ISIS had the support of the overwhelming majority of French Muslims (and especially Muslim youth), as well as the endorsement of a large part of the non-Muslim Left.  Read more:

600,000 white Londoners move-out last decade as1.6 million ethnic immigrants to London change British capital's cultural fabric

White Britons are now the minority (45%) in London

Some 3.7million Londoners classified themselves as white British in 2011 – down from 4.3million in 2001 – despite the city’s population increasing by nearly one million over the decade to 8.2million, The Daily Mail reports.

The census shows the population of England and Wales was swollen by nearly four million immigrants in a decade of
sweeping social change.

London’s population has been especially enlarged by immigrants. Three million foreign-born people now live in the capital.

Asians (India/Pakistan/Bangladeshi) comprise 18%. Black Londoners – including Africans, black Britons and those from the Caribbean – make up 13 per cent.

Obama's claims of security along "The Border States of America" contradicted by documentary depicting Administration's permitting infiltration of crime, terrorism

Documentary reveals the perils of US administration's negligence, amnesty policies

For the past six years, the Obama Administration has invited and encouraged the wretched humanitarian crisis we now find on the Republic’s southern border. The president declared – in brazen violation of statutory and Constitutional law – that the government would no longer deport unaccompanied minor illegal immigrants. He also made clear that following this year’s midterm elections, he would take executive action to grant amnesty to millions of illegals.

The Border States of America takes viewers from the Rio Grande Valley to towns across America, telling the story of how criminal ‘coyotes’ and drug cartels are profiting from Obama’s policies, risking the lives of American citizens and putting new economic strains on our schools, hospitals and economy.

"The Border States of America" Trailer

This is why Tea Party Patriots (TPP) produced The Border States of America.  Hosted by Nick Searcy , star of FX’s hit series,"Justified," this one-hour documentary focuses attention on the border crisis in a way the mainstream media refuse to do. You won’t see a more important film this year, and like all of our great ideas, this one came from the grass
roots.
Mark Hager, a college professor and North Carolina TPP State Coordinator, was all too aware of the border crisis before it briefly held the national media’s attention. Seeing an educational opportunity, Mark reached out to contacts he’d established in founding the American Security Coalition, a network of Southern border sheriffs and grassroots activists throughout the country, and urged TPP to make the documentary. With TPP support, The Border States of America was born.
TPP was thrilled and honored to have a conservative celebrity of Nick Searcy’s stature hosting The Border States of America. Nick would be the first to tell you, though, that the stars of this film are the border sheriffs. “At the end of the day, we get the first phone call,” says Val Verde County, Texas Sheriff Joe Martinez. “They don’t call the FBI or the National Park Service. They call the sheriff’s office.”
National Border Patrol Council V.P., Chris Cabrera remarks on the ethical and practical problems with Obama administration's border patrol support and illegal immigration policies.

Before Ebola and ISIS displaced the border crisis in the news cycle, there was talk of putting “troops on the border.” There are troops there already; they’re called border sheriffs, and they’re shamefully undermanned and unsupported. And if anything, the current threat of a pandemic and radical terrorism should refocus our attention on this glaring threat to our national security.
All along the border, deputy sheriffs and Border Patrol agents are responsible for hundreds of square miles per man. Theirs is a noble cause, and they serve with pride. “We’ve got limited resources and limited personnel, but we’re not gonna put up any excuses,” says Capt. Manion Long, of the Doña Ana County, N.M. Sheriff’s Office. “We’re gonna do what it is that we do.”
(DemoCast filmed the Hollywood premiere night, panel discussion with filmmaker Luke Livingston , Calif. Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, Tea Party Patriots' Jeannie Beth Martin, Prof. Mark Hager, and cast-members Nick Searcy, and Border Patrol Agent Chris Cabrera).

These first responders have too much at stake to openly call out the federal government that has forsaken them. When you watch The Border States of America, though, you’ll want to do it for them.

Should Muslims Integrate into the West?

"...Nevertheless, because Islamist jurists in the Arab world have considerable resources, they at times drown out or wear down more pro-assimilation voices. The collision between Western interpretations of personal freedom and some Islamist interpretations of Muslims' rights and duties is inevitable. For mainstream Muslim jurists, Islam trumps all aspects of human activities.

Herein lays the challenge. Many ethnic and religious minorities seek to establish an autonomous sphere within multicultural societies, but only Arab Muslim jurists consider such an autonomous sphere to constitute a substitute for the liberal state itself. Many ethnic and religious minorities attempt to speak for their countries of origin through the political systems of their adopted countries, but only Arab Muslim jurists regard their Muslim nation as overstretching the boundaries of all nation-states in its political
demands.

How then should liberal nation-states, using the principals of liberalism and multiculturalism as their shield, deal with individuals who resist their very existence? How can Western societies distinguish between those Muslims who seek a place for their beliefs and traditions within a pluralistic framework and those who adhere to a school committed to the destruction of that framework? Perhaps a good point of departure would be to understand that it is not veils that matter, but the individuals and ideas that are behind them."
